B Grade men, A grade Woman - start 6.15 - 30 Minutes all track 3

A Grade men  - 6.45 - 40 minutes all Track 3

1. I understand, acknowledge and accept that cycling is an inherently dangerous sport, which may result in serious injury or death from a collision, fall, mechanical failure, physical exertion or other incident.
2. I voluntarily participate in this event at my own risk.
3. I waive any rights I may otherwise have against AusCycling, Cycling NSW, Sutherland Shire Cycling Club, the event promoter and their agents and representatives relating to, and agree they are not responsible for, any loss or damage resulting from my participation in the event, including any loss that may arise from death or injury to myself or others, or damage to any property.
4. I agree to follow the directions of any event organiser or official, the AusCycling Technical Regulations and the Cycling NSW Technical Regulations, a copy of which is available on the AusCycling and Cycling NSW websites.
5. If the participant in this event is under 18 years of age, I warrant that I am a parent or guardian of the participant and agree for myself and the participant that I provide the acknowledgements, agreements and waiver set out above in respect of the participant
6. I agree that I hold a current 2022 (until 31st December 2022)  Cycling Australia RACE membership, MTBA Race membership or an AusCycling All Discipline membership. Participation is allowed under a 4 week trial membership and the 2 month starter kit (if still valid). You will be required to provide proof of your membership prior to racing.
7. SSCC has implemented a number of Covid safety practices to ensure the safety of competitors and volunteers alike. I agree to abide by these practices and follow the directions of the SSCC Covid Safety Marshalls, Club Officials and Commissaires. For the avoidance of doubt, the following rules apply;

• CASH: We are not currently permitted to handle cash; therefore, all payments must be made electronically.
• You should only handle your equipment (bikes, bidons, nutrition and towels) and not touch the equipment of others
• Bring your own filled bidons (no use of water taps with the club house, fill up from home)
• The Club will provide ‘Hygiene stations’, where participants can sanitise their hands prior, during and after the events.
• The use of change rooms should be minimised (e.g. for toilets not for showering)
• Avoid the use of non-essential surfaces including benches, fences and gates
• Adhere to physical distancing everywhere outside of competition
• Participants and deliverers should not attend if unwell (including any signs/symptoms of cold, flu, COVID-19 or other illness).
• Participants and spectators must not attend if in the last 14 days they have been unwell or had close contact with a known or suspected case of COVID-19, even if mild.
• Download the COVIDsafe App if you have not already done so
• Patrons must comply with all signage within the venue including entry and exit points.
• Patrons that do not comply with current legislation will be removed from the venue.
