COVID-19 NOTICE

This event will be run in line with the current NSW Public Health advice. By entering this event, you agree to the following:

Participants, spectators & officials over the age of 16 years must have had a double dose of the COVID-19 vaccination and be able to show their COVID-19 vaccination certificate or have a medical exemption.

You will not attend if you have flu-like symptoms, have been to an identified current HOTSPOT within 14 days of the event, or awaiting a COVID test result.

You have not been in close contact with a person with a positive COVID test that is currently in isolation.

The event is held in accordance with AusCycling Rules & Regulations. Participants must hold a current RACE AusCycling Licence and present it prior to the race if requested.

Refunds will be made if the event is cancelled due to weather, fire bans, or other safety reasons. Decisions on grading are at the discretion of the PMCC handicapper and their decision is final.

By entering online:

1. I understand, acknowledge, and accept that cycling is an inherently dangerous sport, which may result in serious injury or death from a collision, fall, mechanical failure, physical exertion or other incidents.

2. I voluntarily participate in this event at my own risk.

3. I waive any rights I may otherwise have against AusCycling, the event promoter, and their agents and representatives relating to, and agree they are not responsible for, any loss or damage resulting from my participation in the event, including any loss that may arise from death or injury to myself or others, or damage to any property.

4. I agree to follow the directions of any event organiser or official and the AusCycling Technical Regulations, a copy of which is available on the AusCycling website.

5. If the participant in this event is under 18 years of age, I warrant that I am a parent or guardian of the participant and agree for myself and the participant that I provide the acknowledgments, agreements and waiver set out above in respect of the participant.
