NOTE:  THESE ARE CO-OPERATIVE, SOCIAL RIDES - NOT COMPETITIVE RACES.

If you are keen to improve your fitness and performance, every Saturday the club ventures out in groups, on the best rides in Greater Sydney, then finishes with a post coffee/breakfast and chat at the Local Shed Cafe. Whilst we do head over to the Northern Beaches and include the odd route variation, the rides listed below are the fundamental routes within our Saturday ride portfolio, that cater to riders of all levels. All rides are graded according to average group speed. We recommend you start with an easier bunch speed, then move up to a faster bunch, as you become more confident.

All Saturday group rides start from The Local Shed Cafe Car Park, 16 Bellcast Road, Rouse Hill at 6:15 - 6.30am.

COVID-19 SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS

In consideration of being allowed to participate in these events, I agree that:

• I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus (“COVID-19”) and that the NSW Health Authorities still recommend practicing hand hygiene, social distancing and I will carry a face mask to be used when not cycling.
• I further acknowledge that the ride lead cannot guarantee that I will not become infected with COVID-19.
• I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others.
• I acknowledge that my participation includes possible exposure to COVID-19 and I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness.

 I attest that:

• I am not experiencing any symptom of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.
• I have not experienced any of the above symptoms in the last 72 hours.
• I have not traveled internationally within the last 14 days.
• I have not traveled to a highly impacted area within Australia in the last 14 days
• I do not believe I have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of COVID-19.
• I have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 and not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities.
• I am following all NSW Health recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to COVID-19.

I am 18 years of age or older, have read and understand the terms of this agreement, understand that I am giving up substantial rights by signing this agreement, have signed it voluntarily and without any inducement or assurance of any nature, and intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid, the balance, notwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect.
