This race is open to all residents of NSW and other states provided travelling to the even is not subject to border crossing restrictions. NCC will however require that any rider or support person(s) attending the event, has fully complied with the NSW Health directives should the rider/support person(s) have visited any of the Close Contact, Casual Contact or Public Transport areas that NSW have name on their website. It is nearly impossible for NCC to police where ANY rider has visited in the past 14days, hence we are putting the onus back on the rider to follow the NSW Health requirements in relation to visiting a name area.
We ask riders not only from the Greater Sydney but also any area to regularly check if you have been to one of the named locations and follow the appropriate NSW Advice if you have. The locations and advice can be located at the following website:

NCC has a COVID-19 Plan in place and we ask all riders and spectators attending or events to follow directions, sanitise and scan in using the QR code provided. Also just a reminder to all riders during and after a race, please no: snot bombs, spits, sharing of water bottles or kissing or hugging of other riders. By entering this race you agree that you have followed the NSW Health requirements in relation to NSW COVID-19 Contact locations.
Participants must hold a current 2020 RACE Cycling Australia or Auscycle Licence. Participants must wear an ASA compliant helmet . The event is held in accordance with Cycling Australia / Cycling NSW Rules & Regulations Participants must adhere to directions of Commissaires . Refunds will be made if the event is cancelled due to weather, fire , or other safety reasons Refunds will not be made where an entrant is a no-show. Refunds may be made if requested at least 2 days prior to the event less a $5 administration fee. Decisions on grading, are at the discretion of the NCC handicapper and their decision is final. BY entering online all riders acknowledge that they understand, acknowledge and accept that cycling is an inherently dangerous sport, which may result in serious injury or death from a collision, fall, mechanical failure, physical exertion or other incident. Voluntarily participate in this event at their own risk. Waive any rights they may otherwise have against AusCycling, the event promoter and their agents and representatives relating to, and agree they are not responsible for, any loss or damage resulting from their participation in the event, including any loss that may arise from death or injury to themselves or others, or damage to any property. Agree to follow the directions of any event organiser or official and the AusCycling Technical Regulations and policies. If the participant in this event is under 18 years of age, they warrant that they are a parent or guardian of the participant and agree for themselves and the participant that they provide the acknowledgements, agreements and waiver set out above in respect of the participant.

COVID 19 regulations to apply. These include but are not limited to:
- All physical contact will be minimised with social distancing of 1.5 meters required.
- Riders must stay at home if they are unwell or have had flu like symptoms or visited Covid Hotspots within the last 14 days.
- It is recommended that all riders download the COVID Safe App.
- No personal effects or clothing should be left at the desk.
- Hand sanitiser will be provided at multiple locations.
- NCC encourage the principle of ‘get in, race, get out’.
- There will be no Prize ceremonies .
