LACC/PLCC Armoury Twilight Criterium Racing 2021-2022

Start Times: 5:30pm race start for C, D & E – 6:15pm for A & B

Race duration: E 20min +1, D 25min +1, C 30min +1, B 40min +1, A 45min +1. (Commissaires may change as required)

Limited to 20 riders per grade, waitlist available for the following week if required

Equal Prize money for men and women for each grade. Racing together but a race within a race for all females.

Entry fees: $20 per rider, $15 for U15 & U17’s. NO CASH accepted, Buncheur or Tap on Square.

Due to the current COVID environment we ask that all participants follow the public health orders and urge the following:

1. By signing onto ride you declare that you have been double vaccinated, for COVID19, with an TGA approved vaccine.
2. If you are showing any symptoms of illness, get tested and stay isolated. Do not participate in any gatherings.
3. That members make every effort to observe social distancing while not racing.
4. That members take measures to allow contact tracing -- running the CovidSafe app, recording on Strava and/or keeping a log of who you ride with

Participants must hold a current 2021 RACE Cycling Australia License and present it prior to the race. Participants must wear an Australian Standards Approved helmet. The weekly event is held in accordance with Cycling Australia / Cycling NSW Rules & Regulations, Participants must adhere to directions of Commissaires. Refunds will not be made if the event is cancelled due to weather, fire, or other safety reasons - your entry will be transferred to the next available event. Refunds or transfers will not be made where an entrant is a no-show. Refunds may be made if requested at least 2 days prior to the event less a $5 administration fee. Decisions on grading, are at the discretion of the each clubs handicapper, or the Commissaire at the event and their decision is final. All riders entering a sanctioned Cycling NSW event acknowledge that they engage in that event at their own risk and that cycling and cycle racing can be considered a dangerous sport which can result in injury out of an act or omission of the rider, other riders, other vehicles, spectators and other obstacles and track and road conditions and whilst all reasonable care is taken by organisers and officials when organising the event; all participating cyclists have an equal responsibility to ensure they take all reasonable care in adhering to the rules and other conditions imposed by Police / SOP Representatives and / or officials ensuring a safe race environment for all concerned.
