Nundah Reverse Direction Criterium

• Entries close 6pm Friday night SHARP
• Riders registering must have a current Hamilton Wheelers grading and appear on our members or visitors grading list. If you don't have a grading please submit no later than 8pm thursday evening before race day and before registering online. No gradings or grading changes done on race day http://www.hamiltonwheelers.com/general-info/club-grading-list Please don't enter in the wrong grade, it just means our volunteers need to chase you up and move your entry
• Unless stated otherwise on the calendar event, visitors from other clubs welcome at all races as long as they have been graded.
• Hamilton Members are required to volunteer for one race per year. This date must be selected before signing on for your second race of the season via the Volunteer Roster displayed below the Calendar
• All U17 and younger juniors must get their gearing rollout and equipment checked BEFORE registering no matter what grade they are racing info/club-grading-list
• Registration closed 15 minutes before race start - IF YOU MISS THE COMPULSORY RIDERS BRIEFING THE RACE YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO START

I  participate in this race at my own risk.  I waive any rights I may otherwise have against Hamilton Wheelers relating to, and agree Hamilton Wheelers is not responsible for, any loss, of any type, caused by my participation in the race, including any loss that may arise from my or any other person’s death or injury, or any damage to any property.

If the participant in this race is under 18 years of age, I warrant that I am a parent or guardian of the participant and agree for myself, and the participant, to provide the acknowledge, waiver and release set out above in respect of the participant.

Checkin - using the QR Code

Instructions - abide by all the instructions provided online, via signage and by volunteers and officials
Don't come - If you have any symptoms including a high temperature, have been asked to self-quarantine or isolate, are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test, have travelled overseas or through a hotspot within 14 days
Observe signs and markers - enter the clubhouse only via the ramp and exit only via the stairs, space out following the X markers, don't hang around in the clubhouse
Social distancing - Wear a mask inside the clubhouse and if you cannot maintain 1.5m social distancing. Abide by markings on the floor and signage
Race entries - Each grade is limited to 60 riders
Sign-on - entry via the ramp, exit via the stairs
Race numbers - after racing, place them in the sterilising bucket provided do not re-enter the clubhouse
Sanitiser - please use the hand sanitiser provided
Get in, Race, Get out - by all means have a coffee afterwards but then go home to minimise total numbers for each race session
Hygiene - no air hankeys/snotrockets, spitting etc!
