Where: Elimbah - Course Map Sign on in carpark from School Rd Elimbah
When: Sat 8th August 2020 signon from 7:30am First rider leaves 8:15am
Who: Anyone with a Cycling Australia Licence including 2 Month Starter Pack licences or 'Race ya Mate' offers
What: 64km Handicap Road Race (2 laps). Riders start in small groups, with the slowest riders starting first, fastest last. Everyone has a chance to win!
How: Entry is online only and must be complete by the thursday night before the race to allow time to complete handicaps.
When Entering please use the 'Road Race State Handicap' field to add some notes to help with handicapping, recent TT times/distances, results in races etc
Grading: If you don't already have a grading to race with Hamilton Wheelers please apply via the website BEFORE entering this handicap so you can race with us at other events, and so we have more detailed info about where best to place you in the handicap. Please enter in the group (Wave) you think your should be placed in. There are 6 Waves, Wave 1 is slowest, Wave 6 is fastest. The handicapper will review and make changes based on their information and experience and their decision is final.

COVID-19 NOTICE

Instructions - abide by all the instructions provided online, via signage and by volunteers and officials
Don't come - If you have any symptoms including a high temperature, have been asked to self-quarantine or isolate, are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test, have travelled overseas or through a hotspot within 14 days
Observe signs and markers - enter the clubhouse only via the ramp and exit only via the stairs, space out following the X markers, don't hang around in the clubhouse
Social distancing - yes it may have been a while since you've seen your mates; but no handshakes, hugs or kisses. Please keep to 1.5m social distancing and abide by markings on the floor
Race entries - Each grade is limited to 50 riders
Sign-on - entry via the ramp, exit via the stairs
Race numbers - after racing, place them in the sterilising bucket provided do not re-enter the clubhouse
Sanitiser - please use the hand sanitiser provided
Get in, Race, Get out - by all means have a coffee afterwards but then go home to minimise total numbers for each race session
Hygiene - no air hankeys/snotrockets, spitting etc!
