Pairs will be released together in the lower numbered partners spot for timing.

Riders require front and rear lights, there will be some available to borrow. Please contact if you need to reserve a set of lights.

Please ensure your lights are fully charged.

Participants will be released one at a time for a 10 Mile Time Trial (this translates to 16km or 12 laps).

Keep to the inside of the circuit unless overtaking another rider.

When overtaking please ensure you have a decent gap (min 5m) before moving back to the inside line. This is to ensure the overtaken rider does not draft from you.
