Eureka Kermesse - Burrumbeet

• Registrations - ALL competitors must attend the Eureka Cycling Club Rooms located at 55 Foreshore Road, Learmonth to register attendance and collect race numbers.  
  Registration is open from approximately 8:30 AM to 9.15 AM
• Qualified Members - For non-Eureka members, evidence of AusCycling membership must be presented at the time of race registration.
  ALL riders must be a full AusCycling racing member, or trial member to race.
• Handicapping and grading is performed by the Eureka CC Handicapper, or an approved proxy
• Starting - the start line for the event is located a few kilometres away from the Clubrooms.  Competitors must allow plenty of time to get to the start.
  Please arrive at the start line at least 5 minutes before your scheduled start time for the race briefing.
  Exact details of the location of the start/finish will be available on the day.
• Scratchings - If you cannot attend, please email eurekacyclingclub@gmail.com (or use this system) prior to entries closing at Midnight the day before the event. 
• Post Race Presentations and Refreshments - There will be refreshments provided, a raffle and presentations conducted at the clubrooms at the completion of the race.
  Please stay on to congratulate your fellow competitors and enjoy some hospitality and maybe win a great raffle prize (bring cash to purchase tickets).

Entry is conditional upon receipt of $10 entry fee. 
Scratchings can be made up until 9am the morning of the event via this system or emailing the club at eurekacycling@gmail.com. 

Competitors must have a current AusCycling membership:
- full racing member of an affiliated club 
- trial member (28 day licence)

Note 1: maximum rides for non Eureka Cycling Club members (excluding AusCycling trial members) is TWO per year, before an add-on membership is required (excludes Open / Invitational / Combine races)
Note 2: ONLY Eureka CC members are eligible to compete in Eureka Club Championship events 
Note 3: AusCycling trial members are NOT eligible to compete in Eureka CC trophy races
Note 4: visiting riders should confirm (prior to entry) if they are eligible to compete in a Eureka CC trophy race

SAFET:
Riders must ensure their equipment is in good working order and have a working, solid (non flashing) tail light and helmet that meets Australian standards (AS/NZS 2063).
Race Commissaires may conduct spot checks of equipment and tail lights and reject entries if equipment does not meet required standards.
This is not a closed road event.  Victorian Road Rules must be adhered to at all times.
ALL Eureka Cycling Club races are conducted under the approval (via permits) of Local Government and Victoria Police.
