Registrations -
Collect race numbers at the Eureka Cycling Club Rooms located at the corner of Foreshore Road and Outlet Road, Learmonth from 8:45 AM.
Registrations close at 9:00 AM
Race Start -
Exact details of the location of the start is available on the day during registration.
Riders must be present at the start line for the Race Briefing which will be conducted 5 minutes before their scheduled start time.
Post race presentations and refreshments -
Riders are requested to bring a plate to share after the event.
The post race spread is what sets Eureka apart from other cycling clubs.
Please stay on to congratulate your fellow competitors during the race presentations and enjoy some Eureka hospitality.
Bring cash for soft drinks and raffle tickets.

Qualifying conditions:
Eureka members MUST have ridden in FIVE Eureka club events within the previous 12 months and have fulfilled their prescribed Marshal duties, to be eligible to compete in this Championship event.
Scratchings can be made up until 8 AM the morning of the event via this system or emailing the club at eurekacycling@gmail.com
Equipment:
Permitted equipment for Time Trial event:
1. standard non-powered road bicycle - with curved bars
2. standard non-powered road bicycle - with extension/clip on TT bars
3. non-powered Time Trial road bicycle - with aero bars
Standard non-powered road bicycles, with curved bars ONLY.
Riders must ensure their equipment is in good working order and have a working, solid (non flashing) tail light and helmet that meets Australian standard AS/NZS 2063.
Race Commissaires may conduct spot checks of equipment and tail lights and reject entries if equipment does not meet required standards.
Gradings -
Gradings will be determined after entries have closed and advised at registration during sign on.
Riders may to elect to race in a higher division than they would normally race.
