Ride Wollongong Criterium

PRIZE POOL: $1500 CASH PER DAY + EVENT SPONSOR GIVEAWAYS VALUED AT $2000. Even prize money for Men and Women, no prize money for U17W and U17M.

AusCycling licence will be required to show at registration in Lang Park, Marine Drive.

All rides must hold an AusCycling annual race licence, NO 4 week free memberships allowed other than for the "Come and Try Crit Racing"

Registration will open at 10:00 AM, with approximate race times below. Grades and times are subject to change.

10:30 AM - Men's D & E & U17M Grade 25min + 3 Laps 

11:10 AM - Men’s C Grade 30min + 3 Laps

11:55 AM - Women's All Grades including U17W 30min + 3 Laps

12:40 PM - Men’s A & B Grade 40min + 3 Laps

2:30 PM - Come and Try Crit Racing

Prizes will be awarded per grade and the presentation will be directly after each race.

Toilets: Toilets and change rooms will be available near registration.

Parking: There is plenty of car parking at nearby surrounding streets.

Warm Up: There will be warm up laps prior to each race

All riders entering a sanctioned AusCycling event acknowledge that they engage in that event at their own risk and that cycling and cycle racing can be considered a dangerous sport which can result in injury out of an act or omission of the rider, other riders, other vehicles, spectators and other obstacles and track and road conditions and whilst all reasonable care is taken by organizers and officials when organizing the event; all participating cyclists have an equal responsibility to ensure they take all reasonable care in adhering to the rules and other conditions imposed by Police and/or officials ensuring a safe race environment for all concerned.
