COVID-19 NOTICE

By Entering this event you agree to the following

1. You will not attend if you have flu like symptons

2. You will follow all safety guidelines and directions of the event promoter

3. You will adopt a `Get In, Race, Get Out'  approach

4. It is strongly recommended that you download the COVIDSafe App

5. You are fully vaccinated for COVID-19

Participants must hold a current 2022 RACE Cycling Australia Licence and proof of FULL COVID VACCINATION status, and present it prior to the race. Currently we are restricted to locally based riders for all club races.

Participants must wear an ASA compliant helmet.

The event is held in accordance with AusCycling Rules & Regulations Participants must adhere to directions of Commissaires.

All riders participating in a sanctioned race agree to the following waiver prior to starting in the event.

1. 1. I understand, acknowledge, and accept that cycling is an inherently dangerous sport, which may result in severe injury or death from a collision, fall, mechanical failure, physical exertion, or another incident

   2. I voluntarily participate in this event at my own risk.

   3. I waive any rights I may otherwise have against AusCycling, the event promoter and their agents and representatives relating to, and agree they are not responsible for, any loss or damage resulting from my participation in the event, including any loss that may arise from death or injury to myself or others, or damage to any property.

   4. I agree to follow the directions of any event organiser or official and the AusCycling Technical Regulations and policies.

   5. If the participant in this event is under 18 years of age, I warrant that I am a parent or guardian of the participant and agree for myself and the participant that I provide the acknowledgements, agreements and waiver set out above in respect of the participant
