            Description

            ***THIS EVENT IS FOR SXCC MEMBERS ONLY AND AS SUCH ONLY ENTRIES FROM SXCC MEMBERS WILL BE ACCEPTED***

            SXCC Individual Time Trial Championships will be held at the Sydney International Regatta Centre, Penrith Lakes on Saturday, September 26. It is a closed 5km circuit, around the lake.

            Participants will be required to be U15 jnrs and over.

            This event will be held in conjunction with Penrith Cycle Club, but run separately. It will also be officially timed/run by Brad & Paul Craft of ATTA. https://www.atta.asn.au/


            Individual Start Times: Individual start times will be published the day prior to the event, however as a guide SXCC riders are expected to commence from around 11am.

            Race Distance:

            Under 15             10km  2 Laps
            Under 17             15km  3 Laps
            All others             20km  4 Laps

            Licensing: Current Cycling Australia (Race or Ride) or ATTA license required

            Participants must wear an ASA compliant helmet.

            All riders entering a sanctioned Cycling NSW event acknowledge that they engage in that event at their own risk and that cycling and cycle racing can be considered a dangerous sport which can result in injury out of an act or omission of the rider, other riders, other vehicles, spectators and other obstacles and track and road conditions and whilst all reasonable care is taken by organisers and officials when organising the event; all participating cyclists have an equal responsibility to ensure they take all reasonable care in adhering to the rules and other conditions imposed by Police and or officials ensuring a safe race environment for all concerned.
