You will not attend if you have flu-like symptoms, been to an identified current HOTSPOT within 14 days of the event, or awaiting a COVID test result.
You have not returned from overseas within 30 days of the event.
You have not been in close contact with someone who has returned from overseas within 30 days of the event or a person with a positive COVID test that is currently in isolation.
You will follow all safety guidelines and directions of the event promoter.
All physical contact will be minimised with social distancing of 1.5 meters required.
No personal effects or clothing should be left at the desk.
The event is held in accordance with AusCycling Rules & Regulations. The event is on a public road, and participants must adhere to road rules and directions of Police & Commissaires. This event has a traffic management plan and Qualified Traffic controllers. Participants must hold a current 2021 RACE AusCycling Licence and present it prior to the race if requested. PMCC is supported by its sponsors. Without the support of our sponsors, we would not be able to bring races to you. Participants must wear an ASA compliant helmet. Refunds will be made if the event is cancelled due to weather, fire bans, or other safety reasons. Refunds will not be made where an entrant is a no-show. Decisions on grading are at the discretion of the PMCC handicapper and their decision is final. All riders entering a sanctioned AusCycling event acknowledge that they engage in that event at their own risk and that cycling and cycle racing can be considered a dangerous sport which can result in injury out of any act or omission of the rider, other riders, other vehicles, spectators and other obstacles and track and road conditions and whilst all reasonable care is taken by organisers and officials when organising the event; all participating cyclists have an equal responsibility to ensure they take all reasonable care in adhering to the rules and other conditions imposed by Police and or officials ensuring a safe race environment for all concerned. By entering online:
1. I understand, acknowledge, and accept that cycling is an inherently dangerous sport, which may result in serious injury or death from a collision, fall, mechanical failure, physical exertion or other incidents.
2. I voluntarily participate in this event at my own risk.

5. If the participant in this event is under 18 years of age, I warrant that I am a parent or guardian of the participant and agree for myself and the participant that I provide the acknowledgments, agreements and waiver set out above in respect of the participant.
6. Front and Rear lights must be fitted to race on the road.
