Skills must be entered separately to your race grade if your planning on participating

Juniors 5.30 up to 8 minutes Plus 1 lap

E Grade 20 Minutes plus 2 laps 

D Grade 25 Minutes plus 2 laps 

C Grade 30 Minutes plus 2 laps 

A-B Grade 35 Minutes plus 2 laps 

COVID-19 NOTICE: This event will be run in line with the Cycling NSW Return to Racing Guidelines and the current Public Health advice. By entering this event, you agree to the following: COVID 19 regulations to apply. These include but are not limited to: 

You will not attend if you have flu-like symptoms, been to an identified current HOTSPOT within 14 days of the event, or awaiting a COVID test result.

You have not returned from overseas within 30 days of the event

You have not been in close contact with someone who has returned from overseas within 30 days of the event or a person with a postive COVID test that is currently in isolation.

You will follow all safety guidelines and direction of the event promoter

You will adopt a "Get In, Race, Get Out" approach

It is strongly recommended that you download the COVIDSafe App 

All physical contact will be minimised with social distancing of 1.5 meters required.

No personal effects or clothing should be left at the desk.

CNSW encourage the principle of ‘get in, race, get out’.

There will be no Prize ceremonies .

The event is held in accordance with Cycling Australia / Cycling NSW Rules & Regulations The event is on a public road, and participants must adhere to road rules and directions of Police & Commissaires. This event has a traffic management plan and Qualified Traffic controllers.  Please note that smoking is prohibited within PMCC Grounds. Rubbish must be not be discarded and gel wrappers etc must be properly disposed of. Participants must hold a current 2020 RACE Cycling Australia Licence and present it prior to the race if requested. Triathlon Australia and Mountain Bike Australia are not recognised RACE licences. PMCC is supported by its sponsors. Without the support of our sponsors, we would not be able to bring races to you. Participants must wear an ASA compliant helmet.  Refunds will be made if the event is cancelled due to weather, fire bans, or other safety reasons Refunds will not be made where an entrant is a no-show. Refunds may be made if requested at least 3 days prior to the event less a $2.50 administration fee. Decisions on grading, are at the discretion of the PMCC handicapper and their decision is final. All riders entering a sanctioned Cycling NSW event acknowledge that they engage in that event at their own risk and that cycling and cycle racing can be considered a dangerous sport which can result in injury out of an act or omission of the rider, other riders, other vehicles, spectators and other obstacles and track and road conditions and whilst all reasonable care is taken by organisers and officials when organising the event; all participating cyclists have an equal responsibility to ensure they take all reasonable care in adhering to the rules and other conditions imposed by Police and or officials ensuring a safe race environment for all concerned. By entering online:

1. I understand, acknowledge and accept that cycling is an inherently dangerous sport, which may result in serious injury or death from a collision, fall, mechanical failure, physical exertion or other incident.

2. I voluntarily participate in this event at my own risk.

3. I waive any rights I may otherwise have against Cycling NSW, the event promoter and their agents and representatives relating to, and agree they are not responsible for, any loss or damage resulting from my participation in the event, including any loss that may arise from death or injury to myself or others, or damage to any property.

4. I agree to follow the directions of any event organiser or official and the Cycling NSW Technical Regulations, a copy of which is available on the Cycling NSW website.

5. If the participant in this event is under 18 years of age, I warrant that I am a parent or guardian of the participant and agree for myself and the participant that I provide the acknowledgements, agreements and waiver set out above in respect of the participant

6. Front and Rear lights must be fitted to race on the road.
