Fast / Hard option:
Maroota Madness!
leaving from underneath Silverwater Bridge at 5:45am.
A hard and fast ride that's lots of fun. Roughly 120km / 4hrs / 1300m return trip.

Medium option:
This will be a spectacular ride up and down to Akuna Bay and the West Head Lookout. A really special route that Sydney cyclist frequent on the weekly basis.
This ride will be a no drop ride but keep in mind it is a long ride with plenty of hills and should be tackled by those who have group riding experience.

Meet up: Meadowbank Wharf 6:00AM
Distance: 100km
Speed: 24-26km/hr
Time: back around 11AM with coffee in your belly
Elevation: ~1500m
No drop, regroup at hill tops. Out and back via Browns Waterhole.
