4th NSW Safe Cycling Ride

We'll ride with bright yellow Safety Bibs pinned to our cycling jerseys to create awareness for cyclists and safe passing distances by drivers, i.e. 1.5m in speed zones over 60km/hr and 1m in speed zones under 60km/hr.

This is a Tour de Beaches, the gorgeous Eastern Beaches to be exact, including but not limited to Maroubra Beach, Clovelly Beach, Coogee Beach, Bondi, Watson bay, Rose bay ......yes, an iconic ride for sure, one not to be missed. 

Remember, it's a fully supported ride with Bicycle NSW's support vehicle and ride leaders. The APRÈS VÉLO RACING TEAM will also join us in support ( WOW!!) so this is an incredible opportunity to ride with some very talented cyclists.

We will start 6:45am sharp for the ride briefing in the Maroubra Beach Car Park across the road from the Maroubra Seals.

3 groups will then set off at 7am for our hilly, scenic ride; Fast (>25km/h), Moderate (22km/hr - 25km/hr) and Cruisey (20km/hr - 22km/hr). Please make sure your strength and skill levels are suitable for the ride. 

$10 rego fee will include your vinyl, resusable APRÈS VÉLO Safety Bib which you can collect on arrival from 6:30am and you can continue to use them numerous times for rides in the future.
