• Participation, U9, U11, JB13, JG13, JM15, JW15, JM17, JW17
• Age Categories for this event are as per 2020 ages effective from 1st October 2019
• Financial Cycling Australia 'Race' members only. Valid membership card must be presented at sign-on.
• This event is not open to Temporary memberships or Regional memberships.

Photography

By entering my child into this event, I, as the child’s parent or guardian, acknowledge that photographs and videos of my child may be taken during the event; and give permission for Cycling NSW and the event promoter to record, keep, publish and display such photographs and videos of my child. Please note that photographs and videos of competitors may be taken during the event. Please advise Cycling NSW by e-mail at ryan.miu@cycling.org.au if you do not give permission for the promoter and / or Cycling NSW to keep, publish and display photographs and videos of your child from this event.

General Information

• This event will be electronically timed. Please bring a pair of cutters or scissors to remove and return the transponder at the end of the event.
• Please note all races will be at the HEZ circuit at Kurri Kurri.
• Course details and distances could be subject to change due to course conditions
• We ask that you arrive at the HEZ circuit prior to the first race to be ushered through the course (approx. 5km) to the designated parking area prior to commencement of racing and course closure. Failure to do so may result in you being held at the entrance to the circuit if racing has commenced when you arrive. This is for the safety of the cyclists already on course.
• Under 9 to under 13 General Classification will be based on points, while Under 15 & Under 17 will be based on the elapsed time across the three stages. Bonus time will be awarded for stages 2 & 3.
• Age Divisions may be split into 2 grades where necessary
• Neutral Spares arrangements TBD for U15 and U17 races.
• Canteen and coffee facilities TBA.
• Please note there is no running water available at HEZ, so please bring adequate supplies. Bottled water will also be for sale at the canteen (TBA).

By entering this event, all participants agree to the terms and conditions set by the promoter, Cycling New South Wales and Cycling Australia. Any breach of these terms and conditions by a participant or an associate of the participant will result in a penalty imposed on the participant's results and/or further disciplinary action. • You will not attend if you have flu-like symptoms within 14 days of the event
• You have not returned from overseas within 30 days of the event
• You have not been in close contact with someone who has returned from overseas within 30 days of the event
• You will follow all safety guidelines and direction of the event promoter
• You will adopt a "Get In, Race, Get Out" approach
