Trek 2024 Compass ITT Rnd4 - NHCC Club ITT Championships

4 rounds, each hosted by different clubs on four courses. There’s a course that will suit everyone. Series sponsor Trek Bicycles will be donating $1,600 in vouchers spread evenly across all age categories.

The host clubs, Camden Cycle Club, Newcastle Hunter Cycling Club, Penrith Cycle Club, and Southern Cross Cycle Club, contribute an additional $1600 in cash.

4 rounds spread over 3 months, each being hosted by four different clubs on 4 different courses.

Entry is open to all AusCycling race members.

Series categories are as follows, all other listed categories are participation categories and not part of the Compass Series:

• Elite Men
• Elite Women
• Masters 30+ Women
• Masters 30+ Men
• Master 50+ Women
• Masters 50+ Men
• U19 Female
• U19 Male

This event will also double as the NHCC ITT Club Championships 

Timing and event organisation will be provided by Paul and Brad Craft.

Elite, Masters and U19 categories will be 3 laps of the HEZ short Course ( Approx 24km)

Road and TT bikes are welcome.

Trek Compass ITT Series Scoring

1st – 9 points, 2nd – 6points, 3rd – 4 points, 4th – 3 points, 5th – 2 points. All other competitors -1 point towards a series tally. The rider with the most points in each grade at the end of Rd 4 wins.

Round 1: Southern Cross Cycle Club – 9 June 2024 @ Waratah Park
Round 2:Penrith Cycling Club – 22 June 2024 @ International Regatta Centre
Round 3:Camden Cycling Club – 14 July 2024 @ Sydney Motor Sport Park
Round 4: Newcastle Hunter Cycling Club – 17 August 2024 @ Hez Course

Entries will be available on the day if spots are remaining, debit/credit card facilities are available. 

PARKING: plenty available at HEZ. Please follow direction

TOILETS: Not currently available.

WARM UP: TBA depending upon state of long course.

Participants must hold a current RACE Auscycle License. Participants must wear an ASA compliant helmet . The event is held in accordance with Auscycle  Rules & Regulations Participants must adhere to directions of Commissaires . Refunds will be made if the event is cancelled due to weather, fire , or other safety reasons Refunds will not be made where an entrant is a no-show. Refunds may be made if requested at least 2 days prior to the event less a $5 administration fee. Decisions on grading, are at the discretion of the NHCC handicapper and their decision is final. BY entering online all riders acknowledge that they understand, acknowledge and accept that cycling is an inherently dangerous sport, which may result in serious injury or death from a collision, fall, mechanical failure, physical exertion or other incident. Voluntarily participate in this event at their own risk. Waive any rights they may otherwise have against AusCycling, the event promoter and their agents and representatives relating to, and agree they are not responsible for, any loss or damage resulting from their participation in the event, including any loss that may arise from death or
injury to themselves or others, or damage to any property. Agree to follow the directions of any event organiser or official and the AusCycling Technical Regulations and policies. If the participant in this event is under 18 years of age, they warrant that they are a parent or guardian of the participant and agree for themselves and the participant that they provide the acknowledgements, agreements and waiver set out above in respect of the participant.
