NCC Short Course HEZ

Men's and Women's Grades to be combined. 

All entries must be made through Buncheur prior to 12 noon Saturday 11th July. NO entries accepted on the day.Please also use the Buncheur E sign on facility and save your “Race Pass”  which will have your allocated bib number.  Please don’t save your race pass till race day.

Timing Chips to be used. Please ensure you have Chip Holders on your bikes. Limited numbers will be available on the day.

There will be no Canteen services available. Please bring all your own food & drinks.

NO Grade changes on the day.

Participants must hold a current 2020 RACE  Cycling Australia Licence. Participants must wear an ASA compliant helmet . The event is held in accordance with Cycling Australia / Cycling NSW Rules & Regulations Participants must adhere to directions of Commissaires . Refunds will be made if the event is cancelled due to weather, fire , or other safety reasons Refunds will not be made where an entrant is a no-show. Refunds may be made if requested at least 2 days prior to the event less a $5 administration fee. Decisions on grading, are at the discretion of the NCC handicapper and their decision is final. BY entering online all riders acknowledge that they engage in that event at their own risk and that cycling and cycle racing can be considered a dangerous sport which can result in injury out of an act or omission of the rider, other riders, other vehicles, spectators and other obstacles and track and road conditions and whilst all reasonable care is taken by organisers and officials when organising the event ; all participating cyclists have an equal responsibility to ensure they take all reasonable care in adhering to the rules and other conditions imposed by Police and or officials ensuring a safe race environment for all concerned.For information about this event, please contact the "Event Organiser".

COVID 19 regulations to apply. These include but are not limited to: 

-       All physical contact will be minimised with social distancing of 1.5 meters required.

-       Riders must stay at home if they are unwell or have had flu like symptoms within the last 14 days.

-       It is recommended that all riders download the COVID Safe App.

-       No personal effects or clothing should be left at the desk.

-       Hand sanitiser will be provided at multiple locations.

-       CNSW encourage the principle of ‘get in, race, get out’.

-       There will be no Prize ceremonies .
