MWCC Time Trial with 99 Bikes

This event will be conducted in accordance with a Covid safe plan. Competitors will be briefed prior to the event on changes to our usual event to ensure the safety of competitors and volunteers. All competitors, volunteers and spectators must sign into the Service NSW Covid Safe Check-in at the race desk.

This event is entirely within a National Park. Please note that smoking is prohibited within National Parks. Rubbish must be not be discarded and gel wrappers etc must be properly disposed of. Participants must hold a current 2021 RACE or LIFESTYLE AusCycling licence and present it prior to the race if requested. Cycling Australia and MTBA RACE licences that are still valid will be accepted. Triathlon Australia licences can only be used through the Warringah Tri Club entry portal.

Participants must wear an AS compliant helmet. The event is held in accordance with AusCycling Rules & Regulations. The event is on a public road, and participants must adhere to road rules and directions of Police & Commissaires. Refunds will be made if the event is cancelled due to weather, fire bans, or other safety reasons Refunds will not be made where an entrant is a no-show. Refunds may be made if requested at least 3 days prior to the event. Decisions on grading, are at the discretion of the MWCC handicapper and their decision is final. All riders entering a sanctioned AusCycling event acknowledge that they engage in that event at their own risk and that cycling and cycle racing can be considered a dangerous sport which can result in injury out of an act or omission of the rider, other riders, other vehicles, spectators and other obstacles and track and road conditions and whilst all reasonable care is taken by organisers and officials when organising the event; all participating cyclists have an equal responsibility to ensure they take all reasonable care in adhering to the rules and other conditions imposed by Police and or officials ensuring a safe race environment for all concerned.
