ALL Eureka members with a valid race license are entitled to ride the circuit.
Members must meet the qualifying conditions to be eligible for prizes.
Qualifying conditions for prizes -
Eureka members must have ridden in THREE Eureka club races during the current calendar year, to be eligible to compete for the Championship title or Commodores Cup.
Eureka Time Trial Championship -
The qualified rider who achieves the fastest ride time on the day shall be named the Eureka Time Trial Club Champion.
Commodores Cup "secret" handicap -
The qualified rider who achieves the shortest time AFTER the handicap has been applied to their ACTUAL ride time - shall win the Commodores Cup.
The secret handicaps will be determined after entries have closed and advised post event during the event presentations.
Permitted equipment for Individual Time Trial event -
1. standard non-powered road bicycle - with curved bars
2. standard non-powered road bicycle - with extension/clip on TT bars
3. non-powered Time Trial road bicycle - with aero bars
Registrations -
Collect race numbers at the Eureka Cycling Club Rooms located at the corner of Foreshore Road and Outlet Road, Learmonth from 8:45 AM.
Registrations close at 9:00 AM
Race Start -
Riders must be present at the start line for the Race Briefing which will be conducted 5 minutes before their scheduled start time.
Exact details of the location of the start is available on the day during registration.
Post race presentations and refreshments -
Riders are requested to bring a plate to share after the event.
The post race spread is what sets Eureka apart from other cycling clubs.
Please stay on to congratulate your fellow competitors during the race presentations and enjoy some Eureka hospitality.
Bring cash for soft drinks and raffle tickets.
FREE tea and coffee.
This is not a closed road event. The Victorian Road Rules must be adhered to at all times.
This Championship event is for Eureka Cycling Club members.
Eureka members MUST meet the qualifying conditions to be eligible for prizes.

Eureka members must have ridden in THREE Eureka club races during the current calendar year, to be eligible to compete for the Championship title and the Commodores Cup.
Scratchings can be made up until 8 AM the morning of the event via this system or emailing the club at eurekacycling@gmail.com
Riders must ensure their equipment is in good working order and have a working, solid (non flashing) tail light and helmet that meets Australian standard AS/NZS 2063.
Race Commissaires may conduct spot checks of equipment and tail lights and reject entries if equipment does not meet required standards.
